Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Period
   The “Marvellous Mother’s” competition will be open for entries from 3rd of March until 12pm 28th March 2025.
2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must submit their favourite memory with their mum via the official competition entry form on the Lower Precinct website or in the comments on the designated social media posts.
3. Winner Selection
   One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
4. Prize Details
   The winner will receive a gift bundle from the stores of Lower Precinct.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
   • No cash alternatives are available.
5. Winner Notification and Prize Redemption
   • The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form or through the social media account they used to enter.
   • The winner must arrange prize redemption within 48 hours of notification. If a winner fails to respond within this time frame, a new winner will be selected.
6. Publicity and Data Usage
   • Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
7. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and over.
   • Employees of Lower Precinct and their relatives are not eligible to enter.
8. General Conditions
   • By entering this competition, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.
   • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and accept no liability for any issues arising from the competition or prize use.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
